Sybil P. Estess
Sybil P. Estess was born in Mississippi, and has lived for 24 years in Houston. She is a poet and critic. Her books include Seeing the Desert Green (poems--Latitudes Press, 1987) and Elizabeth Bishop and Her Art (University of Michigan, 1983). She has published poetry in myriad journals, including The New Republic and The Paris Review.
